How a walk happens

Every walk starts with a host, a café, and a time. Here's how it all comes together.

01 · Hosting

A host picks the café

Our hosts are vetted members who know the city. They pick a café that fits the vibe, set the date and time, and decide how many people can come. If more people want in than there are spots, a waitlist takes over.

02 · Attending

You RSVP

See a walk that catches your eye? One tap and you're on the list. Every walk shows how many spots are left. If it fills up, we add you to the waitlist and let you know when a spot opens. Change your mind? Cancel anytime — the next person on the waitlist gets promoted automatically.

03 · Show up

QR check-in when you arrive

Confirmed RSVPs get a QR code by email. Show it to your host when you arrive; they scan it and you're officially there. That builds your walk history with the club — streaks and rewards to come. By default, other members see how many people are going, not who. You can opt in to public attendance from your profile if you'd rather show up by name.
